Booking Policies

Bookings: All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer. This must be paid immediately upon booking.

The balance of your Catering must be paid in full 15 days prior to the event.
The balance of your Catering must be paid in full 15 days prior to the event

Short notice Catering-Any Catering booked under 2 weeks must be paid in full upon booking

Any Caterings under 1000.00 must be paid in full upon booking.

Payment Plans available for all Caterings 10,000 or more


50% of the catered food, beverage and staff is due to confirm an event

Cancelations- 25 percent due to D's Cajun on all Cancelations.

If D's Cajun has an emergency Cancelations
You will be paid a full refund within 60 calendar days of cancelation 


D's Cajun Catering does not refund on services granted.

Specialty food items are non refundable

Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50% of the catered food beverage and staff is non refundable

7 days to 5 Days prior to event, 75% of the catered food, beverage and staff is non refundable

Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food, beverage and staff is non refundable

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of D's Cajun  Catering
Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, D's Cajun Catering reserves the right to to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
Weddings, Rehersals and Formal Events
For weddings which are confimred 6 months or longer from the wedding date 25% of the quote is due to reserve services. Clients are allowed to make monthly payments if needed, and its actually encouraged.

Clients may make changes throughout the planning process but **note once a ceremony, reception or rehersal is initially confirmed and a client request changes to be made if there are cost associated with the changes this cost will be addd to the invoice and will be due and payable. At confirmation, items are placed on hold and equipment is either reserved or purchased. 2nd party rentals are subject to their terms and conditions.

50% of the catered food, beverage and staff is due 3 months prior to the wedding date.

Specialty food items, special purchase, specific reservations may not be subject to a refund.

30 days prior to an wedding or rehersal 75% of the invoice is due.

7 days prior 100% of the invoice is due in full. No decreases in head counts allowed; increases may be allowed.

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of D's Cajun Catering . If a wedding or rehersal is cancelled D's Cajun Catering reserves the right to to allow any or all of the amount paid to date to be applied toward consulting and coordinating, when determining a refund of any amount or for any reason.
